At Essential Fitness, we offer one on one training sessions as well as group or couples training sessions for all ages and levels. You may choose 30 minute, 45 minute, or 1 hour sessions. Our trainers are certified to help you get to where you want to be. Your first session will take you through a strength and flexibility assessment to help us develop a personalized program that will lead you to success. *Unlimited free group fitness classes when you sign up for a personal training package!

NUTRITION FOR YOUR GOALS
If you’re struggling with finding the right foods to eat to reach your goals, we will help you and plan your meals for you! Your diet is a huge part of the battle, we want to make it as easy as possible. To give you the guidance you need, we offer nutritional consultations and meal planning.

- Calculate how many calories your body requires to meet your goals, broken down into protein, fats and carbohydrate ratios
- Discuss ways to adjust and improve your eating habits
- Tips to keep you on track

- A fully planned custom calendar with 7 options for each meal of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and recipes broken down with calories, protein, fats and carbs counted for you to take the guess work out.
